This is my third design in 12 years for the University of Michigan’s Electrical Engineering and Computer Science department. This time around much of the design work was done by an in-house designer. The bulk of my responsibility was turning her design into a responsive set of HTML, CSS, and Javascript templates.

Portland Center Liquor
The website was a custom job from start to finish – including the design of the logo. While the site is mostly HTML, CSS, and Javascript, there are two database components: the products page and the hotel list with map. Google Maps API was also used in the development of the site.

This site was my second collaboration with the incomparable Jim Parker (graphic designer). It is a pleasure turning Jim’s designs into functioning websites. In this case HTML, CSS and Javascript were used to create a Flash-like placeholder for the pending website.
